My sincere apologies for the downtime of your sites throughout the
failover of your shared server. Due to issues with the backup server, our
system administration team has decided to revert the machine back to the
old hardware. We have replaced the faulty raid card on the old machine
which caused the initial failover and all services are now back up on the
old machine. All sites are now back up on the old hardware and all of
your data is up to date.
